Very modern and sleek hotel with plenty of positives. It is right in Ginza, which is a very high end shopping area of Tokyo and conveniently accessible by walking from Tokyo Station. There are a few good metro stations within easy reach and we were able to get to Disneyland easily from it. To travel further, it is easy to get Ubers in the city which we had a very positive experience with when we left some things in their back seat, the hotel helped us contact them and found out just how safe and trustworthy Japanese people are - they dropped our things at a local police station with a reference number for us to pick up at our convenience. Back on the pros of the hotel - it has a lovely bar, excellent customer service from staff in reception and though we weren't able to try the onsen, having one there was a perk. It is a family friendly hotel and we felt very comfortable and happy during our visit.

This hotel is in a great location. We love the Ginza area as a place to eat, shop and relax but we also find it good for public transport (three metro stations very close by and loads of lines). The Ginza line, in particular, has Shibuya at one end and Asakusa on the other end. The hotel rooms are clean and functional. The small lobby and cafe are stylish. We didn't opt in for the breakfast but it looked nice. We took the triple room to have extra space (40 sqm) and it was worth it. Even though there is an extra bed in the room, you can use it to lay out clothing and it feels less cramped than the double rooms (although I'm sure they are fine too). The staff are lovely and help you as much as they can (the hotel is very busy). We didn't use the onsen as it was 37 degrees outside but it looked lovely and it is an extra free amenity.

The hotel was modern & clean. The check-in process was very easy and staff were extremely helpful. The location was very convenient to luxury shopping, restaurants & transportation. The sound proofing was also wonderful. We couldn’t hear the nearby trains and my in-laws in the next room couldn’t hear our excited children getting ready in the mornings. We also loved that the toilet is located separately from the vanity and from the large bathtub and shower, allowing multiple people to get ready simultaneously. The bathtub and shower were located in the same waterproof room, but have separate faucets with a small bench. It was like a private onsen! There is also a public onsen in the building which was a nice surprise.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and exceptionally amiable. Their service is second to none, and the fact that they would go to incredible lengths just to make your stay feel super comfy is just amazing!!! Their omotenashi is just superb, and you can really tell that they are simply sincere! すばらしい😀! the location is just awesome especially if you’re someone like me who frequents Tōkyō and Japan a lot bc staying in Ginza means you’re able to shorten your travelling time to soooo many places!!!! The rooms are slightly small, but they are very generous with the size of their toilets!!! If you love onsens and sentos like me, you would really appreciate this hotel’s public bath 😋😋😋❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Location is downtown Tokyo with easy access to the main Tokyo station and many different subway lines. Great restaurants nearby, Tsukiji fish market is an easy 10-15 minute walk and there are some really cute streets nearby. Room was nicely laid out and the shower was hot and strong (no bath). The cafe at the front of the hotel served breakfast and "all day" type food and was looked after by really lovely, friendly wait and chef staff. The place has great lighting - both in the lobby / cafe area and in the room. There are multiple lighting options to make the room more cosy.
